CINDERELLA & THE VELVET SLIPPER If you haven't seen a pantomime this season (or even if you have!) there's still time to go and see one - oh yes there is!

The South Bank Players present their annual pantomime, Cinderella and the Velvet Slipper by Peter Nuttall on Thursday January 14 to Saturday January 16 at The Assembly Rooms, Barton on Humber.

The show is a variation on the traditional tale with a less than charming Prince and a 'Witchy' Godmother. As always there will be lots of audience participation.

This is the first show the group have performed at the Assembly Rooms so they are looking forward to welcoming the audience to their new home, which boasts a bar for pre-show and interval drinks.

The performance on Thursday is at 7pm and the Friday and Saturday shows are at 7.30pm. Tickets cost just £6 for adults and £5 for kids and are available from Euronics on King Street, Barton; by calling 01469 531003; or online at Click here
