BRAMPTON bantamweight Josh Wale is set for the biggest fight of his career next month as he challenges for the vacant Commonwealth bantamweight title.
The 24-year-old will go head to head with former British bantamweight king Stuart Hall in Darlington on November 16.
Wale told the Times: “This is the fight I’ve been waiting for for a long time now and I’m not going to miss this chance.
“It’ll be a great fight because we’re both strong boxers and we’ll meet in the middle.
“This is the time for me to fulfil my potential.
“I’m going to get the job done.”
The Commonwealth title was vacated by Doncaster’s Jamie McDonnell earlier this year as he began his quest for world title glory.
Veteran Hall competed in one of the fights of 2011 against McDonnell with the European, Commonwealth and British titles all on the line.
