Doncaster Rovers have signed winger Matty Blair on a two-year deal.
The 26-year-old rejected the offer of a new contract with Mansfield Town to become Darren Ferguson’s second signing of the summer.
Blair scored twice in 34 appearances for the Stags last season.
He started out in non-league and had spells with Kidderminster and York City before helping Fleetwood win promotion from League Two in 2014.
Blair told Rovers’ official website: “The move has come about quite quickly, I came and had a chat and really enjoyed what was said, it was really professionally done.
“I’ve been in the league a few years now and managed to get out of League Two with Fleetwood Town in the Play-Offs.
“I’d like to think I’m quite experienced in this league now and I know what it takes, I can’t wait to get going.
“Promotion is the ambition and was the main talking point in the meeting that we had and I’d be silly not to want to be part of that.”
