BARNSLEY pushed back into the top half of Yorkshire Two with a 28-6 win over Leodiensian at Shaw Lane.
Tries from second row Jordan Wood and number eight David Reed plus penalties from Patrick Jensen gave Barnsley a 16-6 lead at the break.
Flanker Joe South and player coach Ed Norris touched down in the second half with Jensen adding another conversion to seal the win.
Doncaster Phoenix moved level on points with Barnsley with a 37-0 win over Hullensians.
Phoenix ran in six tries without reply against Hull to collect another five points.

Deakin at inside centre was among the scorers while outside centre Tim Elliot ran in two tries and his brother Tom Elliot, on the wing, another.
Phoenix had got off to a good start when blind side flanker Dan Morris touched down between the posts with Dan Storey converting, but in the windy conditions stand-off Storey managed only one penalty goal before converting his own try which rounded off the scoring with ten minutes to go.
Elsewhere, Rotherham Clifton won 16-10 over Wensleydale in Yorkshire Five with fly-half Brian Lewis scoring their try and Sam Parker kicking the conversion and three penalties.
