No ifs, no butts just fines for all

I read your Court in the Act section with interest, where it names those who have dropped cigarette butts on the street and are fined over £200.

But I don’t see any reference to Doncaster Council taking travellers to court when they drop a huge amount of rubbish, costing the taxpayer a fortune to clear up.

Does the council ever force these people to pay for the mess they leave behind, while they pocket £200 a time from residents?
