Video: Wonderful day for the St Leger

Mammoth crowds and a sunny sky meant the final day’s racing at Doncaster Racecourse for the St Leger Festival 2013 was a sure-fire hit.

From the gates opening at 11am people flocked in their thousands to the venue and the Doncaster Free Press was there to record it.

The St Leger is the world’s oldest classic and is the jewel in the crown of racing in Yorkshire.
