Two teenagers arrested over murder of man found on moorland near Sheffield

Two teenage boys have been arrested over the murder of a man whose body was found dumped on moorland near Sheffield.

The 15-year-olds are to be quizzed by detectives today over the death of Craig Nelson, aged 34, whose body was found on the moors off the A628, near the Woodhead Tunnels, on Monday, August 22.

Mr Nelson, who also used the surname Preston, was from Wath-upon-Dearne, Rotherham.

Mohammed Shiraz Bashir, aged 41, and Leonie Marie Mason, 23, both of Holme Park Court, Huddersfield, have been charged with murder and are remanded in custody.

Two boys and a girl, all aged 15, who were arrested over the death, have been released on bail.
