Two major fires sparked in the Isle of Axholme

Firefighters were called out to deal with two incidents in the Isle over the weekend.

Crews were called out to tackle a blaze in an outbuilding in Brewery Road, Crowle, on Saturday at 2.20am.

The building contained six cars and fur empty cylinders, which were well alight.

Firefighters used two hose reel water jets to extinguish the blaze.

The following day, at 1.35pm on Sunday, a two tonne hay bale went up in flames at The Furlong in Belton.

Firefighters used one hose reel and three hay drags at the scene.
