An appeal has been launched to trace the driver of a small black coloured car involved in a Belton collision.
The collision occurred at approximately 9.10am on Tuesday, February 24 and Humberside police have today launched a witness appeal in a bid to locate the driver.
A small black coloured car was involved in a collision with the driver side of a black coloured Citroen C3 as the female driver of the Citroen was about to open the driver’s door, but narrowly avoided serious injury.
The driver of the small black coloured car failed to stop following the incident and continued driving along High Street in the direction of the Jet Garage and the mini-roundabout.
The driver of the small car or anyone who witnessed the incident are urged to call 101 quoting log 190 of 24/02/15.
