A pedestrian in his 20s has been injured in an alleged fail to stop collision.
The incident occurred at around 1.20am on Monday, April 6 when it is reported that a pedestrian and car were in collision in Station Street, Swinton, near to the Working Men’s Club.
The car, which is believed to be a white taxi, failed to stop and left the scene.
Officers believe the vehicle might be a Volkswagen Passat type car and are appealing directly to the driver to come forward.
The pedestrian, a man believed to be in his 20s, was taken to hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to call 101 quoting incident number 87 of April 6 2015.
