For the first time ever all four South Yorkshire councils are joining forces to plan how to manage waste across the county.
Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield local authorities are working together to produce a South Yorkshire Waste Strategy to deal with challenges they face over the next five years.
A major consultation on the subject ends on Sunday, July 31, and the four councils want to hear your views so they can make plans to meet the environmental challenge waste poses for the future.
To take part in the consultation visit www.bdronline.co.uk/haveyoursay and complete the short questionnaire.
Anyone who would like a paper version of the questionnaire should ring 01709 765350.
