IT’S not too late for budding David Cotterills and wannabe Billy Paynters to sharpen up their soccer skills at an Easter football camp organised by Doncaster Rovers.
The League One leaders are on the lookout for the next generation of footballing stars with a week-long training camp taking place at The Dome from next Monday.
The fun-filled sessions cost from £4 per day and coaching will include heading, shooting, dribbling and passing.
The courses, run by Doncaster Rovers Community Foundation and Doncaster Culture and Leisure Trust, are aimed at three to seven-year-olds and nine to 14-year-olds with Rovers’ mascot Donny Dog set to make an appearance at the session for younger children.
Cost for three to seven-year-olds is £5 per day, or £20 for the full week, or £10 per day for eight to 14-year-olds or £40 for the week.
Children taking part will need trainers and shin pads and lunch is not included so food and drink will be needed, with all activities taking place indoors.
All places must be booked in advance on 01302 370 777 with full details about the courses available at www.dclt.co.uk/rovers
