Work starts on £5.2m housing development in Hatfield

The site will feature a mixture of 34 two and three-bedroom homes and seven two and three-bedroom bungalows. These will be spread across two sites, linked by a landscaped area, and all will be available for affordable rent.
All homes will reflect a high quality, modern feel and will come with fresh features including an electric vehicle (EV) charging point to help families to reduce their carbon footprint and consider an electric vehicle.

Energy and regeneration specialist, ENGIE has been appointed as the lead contractor. They are set to begin work in April of this year, with an expected completion date of March 2022.
