The public toilet block in Moorends is set to go up for auction later this month – with a guide price of a cool £18,000.
The conveniences, which are situated on the corner of Wembley Road and Marshland Road could be converted for ‘alternative uses’ say auctioneers Pugh Auctions and benefits include running water, drainage and an electricity meter.

A sales pitch from Pugh reads: “A freehold site of approximately 0.098 acres with a former public WC situated on site.
"Previously used as a car sales pitch but could be used for alternative uses subject to the necessary consents.
"The site benefits from running water, mains connected drainage and an electricity meter already being in place and operational.”
