The Lord Nelson on Printing Office Street in Doncaster was given the maximum score after assessment on January 12, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
Of Doncaster's 275 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 182 (66 per cent) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
