A 15-year-old Doncaster boy who was missing for over a week has now been found safe and well, a police spokesperson confirmed.

The 15-year-old, named by officers only as Declan, was reported missing after not being heard from or seen since his last known sighting on Nelson Road in Edlington on Monday April 25.

South Yorkshire Police subsequently launched a public appeal to find him on Tuesday, May 5.

The force confirmed late last night (Wednesday, May 4) that Declan has now been found ‘safe and well’.
