Tiny Tots Playgroup, which meets at Westwoodside Village Hall, was desperate for a new store, its old one being dilapidated, rotting and with a leaking roof, leading to equipment always being wet.

The Lions agreed to offer a helping hand by supplying and installing a new, secure, store for them at the rear of the hall.

Member Albert Deakin helped to install the wooden building.
