An appeal has been launched to find the rightful owner of a missing dog handed in to a Sheffield police station.
The brindle coloured Staffordshire Bull Terrier was handed into Woodseats Police Station on Friday, July 27, at 9.40pm.

He was wearing a black collar but there is no name on the tag.
A South Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: "Do you recognise this dog?

"He is very friendly and appears to be well cared for.
