Hall demolition set to go ahead

PERMISSION has been granted to demolish St Oswald’s Parochial Church Hall in Crowle and build four town houses on the Church Street site.

North Lincolnshire Council planning committee approved applicant Mr P Jackson’s proposals however a number of conditions were attached.

Both an archaeological mitigation strategy and drainage plans for the removal of surface water must be submitted by Mr Jackson.

He must also use bricks, windows, roof tiles and external doors of an acceptable standard as the area falls within a conservation area.
