With North Lincolnshire Council’s email subscription service, Isle residents can receive the latest vacancies direct to their inbox, as well as updates on a whole range of other council services.
Since launching its email subscription service in July 2015, over 11,000 people have registered to receive regular updates from the council.
The service allows people to select to receive email updates on topics they are interested in; from job vacancies and the latest news to events and updates from the Museum, Normanby Hall and 20-21.
There are currently eight topics available for subscription

Nearly a quarter of visits to the NLC website are for council jobs. Subscribers to the jobs update will receive an email twice a week with a round-up of the latest vacancies from across the council meaning they will never miss their chance to apply for that perfect job opportunity.
The latest news, Library Service and Adult Information Service topics have recently been added to the service, allowing residents to keep up to date on an even broader range of topics to interest them.
Councillor Richard Hannigan, cabinet member for Policy and Finance, said: “We launched the email subscription service back in July with five subscription topics, based on the most popular pages on our website. The number of subscribers has been growing and growing and we have had some really positive feedback from users of the service.
“With the addition of the three new topics, and more in the pipeline, subscribers can keep up to date with information and news that interests them. Don’t be the last to know; join the 11,000 people who already receive updates from North Lincolnshire Council.”
