Fire crews were called to the former Girls’ Grammar School in Waterdale, Doncaster, early today after a blaze broke out.

A timber shed used to store contractors’ tools went up in flames around 3.30am and two appliances from Doncaster station attended to put it out.

The structure was badly damaged and the cause of the fire is believed to be accidental.
