Housing developer Keepmoat has unveiled a brand new show home, aimed at first time buyers and couples.

The company has opened the doors to a two bedroom Normanby home at its Yew Gardens development in Edlington, Doncaster.

The Normanby is available from £96,995 or only £77,596 on the Government-backed Help to Buy scheme, which helps people to get a foot onto the property ladder.

The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, WC, lounge and a stylish, modern kitchen from Symphony with two bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor.

When complete, the development will consist of 387 homes including a mix of houses, flats and bungalows making it ideal for first time buyers, professionals and families.

Vanessa Burling, Keepmoat New Build Sales Director Yorkshire, said: “We have seen an upturn in the housing market recently and with financial incentives such as Help to Buy available, now is an ideal time to think about buying a new home.

“We are pleased to unveal The Normanby show home, which is an ideal starter home for first time buyers or couples and would encourage anyone thinking of buying a new home in this area to come and have a look around, speak to our homes sales executives for further information – I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.”

Nearby amenities include shops, supermarkets, a post office and boutique stores, as well as Edlington Leisure Centre. Good local schooling is also available on the doorstep for younger children at Hill Top Primary School, or Wharton Community College which caters for years seven upwards.

There is an excellent bus service into Doncaster as well as train services at nearby Conisbrough (10 mins drive). The M18 and A1(M) are both easily accessible providing commuting opportunities to nearby cities such as Leeds or Sheffield.
