Conor Grant says he is excited to see what the rest of the season holds after extending his loan from Everton with Doncaster Rovers.

The classy midfielder has proved to be a major hit since arriving at the Keepmoat at the end of October, scoring four goals in 11 appearances.

He said: “I’m really excited and I’m just looking forward to the rest of the season.

“I’ve loved every minute of it so far and I’ve just come here and played my footy.

“That’s what I want to do for the rest of the season, play my footy, win games and keep us moving up the table.

“That’s the most important thing.”

Out-of-favour winger Harry Forrester has completed his move to Glasgow Rangers for an undisclosed fee.

Forrester ended his two and a half year stay with Rovers by signing a six month deal with the Scottish Championship side, which will officially be confirmed on Saturday when the transfer window opens.

It came after he made just two substitute appearances following Darren Ferguson’s appointment as Rovers manager in October.

“This move is huge for me,” the 24-year-old said. “This is one of the biggest clubs in Europe and I’m privileged to be here and privileged to put on the shirt.

“When you become a professional footballer, all you want to do is win silverware and win trophies, and I don’t think there are many clubs like Rangers where you have the opportunity to do that.

“I now want to show people what I can do on the field.”
