Doncaster boy band sensation Louis Tomlinson is returning to The X Factor - five years after the show propelled him to super stardom.
The Besscarr heartthrob first came into the public eye when he joined One Direction on the show’s seventh season in 2010.
And even though the band didn’t win, Louis has been recruited by X-Factor mogul Simon Cowell to help him during the Judges’ Houses section on the current series.
The 23-year-old has joined Simon in the South of France to film scenes that will air over the weekend.
It will be Louis’ responsibility to give Simon his honest opinion as he attempts to whittle six hopefuls down to just three.
Louis and Simon will both be left with a difficult decision as they choose who will make it through to the live shows, picking the contestants in The Overs category.
In the process both run the risk of dashing three hopefuls’ dreams once and for all.
Louis isn’t the only megastar who will be lending the judges a helping hand.
Cheryl Fernandez-Versini , who is in charge of The Groups, has been joined by Jess Glynne in Rome.
Meanwhile Nick Grimshaw held his final auditions for The Boys alongside Mark Ronson in the Cotswolds.
That left Rita Ora jetting off to Los Angeles to vet The Girls alongside Meghan Trainor.
Every contestant will be planning on replicating Louis’ success if they can win.
The singer has become one of the most popular artists in the world since 1D came third and has toured all over the globe.
Earlier this month it was revealed that the boy band rake in a huge £202,000 a day.
