Doncaster motorway closure due to 'multiple vehicle collision'
A number of vehicles have been involved in a collision on the motorway near Doncaster this afternoon.
Highways England said the 'multiple vehicle collision' happened northbound between junctions six and seven on the M18 at Thorne.
This stretch of the motorway is now temporarily closed while emergency services deal with the incident.
Diversions are in place.
