A Doncaster man has shown his love for football ace and TV presenter Gary Lineker - by apparently getting a bizarre tattoo inked on his bottom.
Jonno Scott took to Twitter to reveal pictures which show him having the words “Gary Lineker Sh*gs Crisps” tattooed onto his bum.
The offbeat phrase first came to popularity at last year’s Glastonbury Festival after a flag sporting the message was spotted in the crowd.
The message began circulating on social media again over the weekend at this year’s festival, with Jonno, who goes by the handle “jonnoNUFC” on Twitter revealing his body illustration a litte later.
Former England star Gary, now presenter of Match Of The Day, has been the face of Walkers Crisps in their TV advertising campaigns for many years.
Scott tweeted Lineker a picture of his derriere with the caption: “Hi Gary I’m a massive fan of yours.”
But swiftly regretted the decision and later tweeted: “I regret that tattoo already ffs.”
He followed that up shortly afterwards with another tweet expressing how his mother was not too happy with his artwork, writing: “It’s fair to say my mams not over the moon.”
But as news outlets picked up on the story he appeared to be coming round to the decision and tweeted: “AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA AM FAMOUS.”
Gary Lineker himself has so far not responded to the picture on Twitter.
