A Doncaster business is looking to give five deserving people across the borough an Easter treat, and they need your help.
The Jimmy Piggs coffee house, which based at the Tesco supermarket in Edenthorpe, is appealing for Doncaster residents to nominate people across the borough who have contributed to their communities.
There are four hampers full of Easter goodies on offer for those nominated, to the value of up to£100.
Owner of Jimmy Piggs coffee house, James Ball said the giveaway would be a way of giving something back to the community.
The 31-year-old continued: “There’s a lot of people out there who do really good work but who might go unnoticed or might be very quiet about the work they do. So the idea is just to reward them and say thank you to them for what they do for their community. You don’t have to nominate customers - you should nominate people if you think they deserve it for whatever reason including; personal hardship or because they do a lot for others, or maybe they have been through a tough period in their life, whatever it may be, you nominate them.”
Among the goodies in the hamper will be items such as cakes, pies, coffee and a cup and saucer.
Nominations should be made by sending a message detailing the person chosen, the reasons why and their contact details to the Jimmy Piggs coffee house Facebook by April 1. The hampers will be given out on Good Friday(April 3)
