DIG out your treasures and find out if you are sitting on a fortune!
People from the Rotherham borough who have discovered archaeological finds can now have them identified at an event to be held in the town.
A special Discover Archaeology Finds Afternoon will be held at Clifton Park Museum on October 3, from 2pm to 4pm.
Anyone can go along to the free event and any archaeological finds can be taken and produced for identification and recording by the local finds specialist.
There’s no need to book a slot in advance - you can just turn up with your treasures and wait for your turn!
For more information about the opportunity, visit the Rotherham Council or Clifton Park Museum websites.
