Denaby’s first council homes in a decade

DENABYwill have the first council homes built in Doncaster for a decade.

Families will soon be able to register their interest in living in the first phase of the development at Denaby Main, consisting of eight homes, early in January.

The homes are part of a £2.7 million development of 24 two, three and four-bedroom family properties at Hesley Court.

Of the eight homes initially on offer, there are two four-bedroom, three three-bedroom and three two-bedroom properties. The other 16 properties will be released in two further phases and will all be completed by March.

Hesley Court has been funded in partnership with Doncaster Council and the Homes and Communities Agency

We are providing much needed affordable housing for families in the Doncaster area.”
