Jody Kinach, aged 42, claims she was punched and fell to the floor, landing in human excrement after she fell to the ground.
She said she was left with a bald patch where she had hair pulled from her head, as well as bruises on her face and a swollen left arm after the incident at Hallgate, in the town centre, on Tuesday August 13.

She said: “We shouldn’t have to put up with this. We wanted them to move on so I approached them. We shouldn’t have to feel intimidated or frightened.
“They shouted at me first first of all, and told me to eff-off.
“I was on the floor at one point looking for door keys, and they got kicked out of my hand.

She said she had been speaking to her partner, Martyn McTiernan, on the mobile phone when the attack started, and he called the police because he was concerned that there was a problem.
She said police arrived in around 15 minutes and told her she would need to come to the police station to make a statement. She declined to do so because she felt shaken up and had blurred vision. She did not go to hospital.
Inspired Property Management, which looks after the building, has only recently been instructed as managing agents on the site. But the company says it is actively working with the local police community support officer to resolve issues and works will also be commencing shortly on the building to increase security for residents.
Police say officers in Doncaster are currently working with a woman to better understand the circumstances surrounding the incident.
A 32-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of assault.
