Search for four men wanted over Doncaster tent arson attack continues

Police are continuing to appeal to members of the public to help them trace four men in connection with a Doncaster arson attack that left a man and a woman with extensive burns.

A number of enquiries have been carried out, however Garry Beddoes, 28, Jason Vicarage, 22, Joel Harrison, 20, and 21-year-old Ricky Lee Andrewatha are all from Doncaster, have not yet been traced.

Detectives believe the four men hold vital information that could assist with the investigation and are urging them to get in touch or anyone who knows their whereabouts to please make contact with police.

The incident occurred in the early hours of Tuesday, August 18 when a 42-year-old woman and 32-year-old man were in a tent on grassed area off College Road, between Rowland Place, St James Street and Trafford Way.

The tent was set on fire and as the pair tried to escape, they were reportedly assaulted.

They were taken to hospital to be treated for their injuries. They have since been discharged.

A 29-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman have been arrested in connection with the arson.

Both have been bailed pending further enquiries.
