Police have launched an investigation into a brawl outside a Doncaster bar last week that left a man with a head injury.

Officers were called at 12.40am on Saturday, June 25, following reports of a disturbance outside the Civic Bar on Bank Street.

It is reported that a group of people were fighting and a man in his 50s suffered a head injury that required hospital treatment.

The police said an investigation into the incident is underway and enquiries are ongoing.
