Doncaster man charged with dangerous driving after fleeing from cops with only three tyres on his car

A 31 year old man from Doncaster has been charged with failing to stop, dangerous driving, driving without insurance and driving whilst over the prescribed limit.
South Yorkshire Police said: “Just after midnight on Friday (June 25) morning a BMW ticked the spider senses of one of our traffic cars in the Balby area, when it made a few bizarre lefts and rights through the estate.

Hide Ad"Wondering if the driver was either lost or trying to avoid us we put the blues on twos on and off it went.
“The driver made some particularly poor decisions following this, which included going the wrong way round a roundabout and travelling at a very high speed.
"Soon after ambition outweighed ability and damage was caused to the wheel of the car, but even that didn’t stop him.
"The wheel eventually came off, literally, but even that didn’t stop him and he continued towards Tickhill on three wheels with sparks and debris flying behind him.

Hide Ad"One thing vehicles don’t do when they have wheels missing though, is go around corners very well.
"This came to pass as he crashed into the kerb and unfortunately a parked car.”
The Doncaster man will appear in court for the charges soon.
