Doncaster man banned from all UK trains and stations after 'assault' on police officer

Phillip Anthony Hartley, 37, of Christ Church Road, Doncaster, appeared at York Magistrates Court, accused of assaulting a police constable at York railway station on August 3.
Hartley, charged under his real name Phillip L’Estrange, was also charged with criminal damage after an incident at Doncaster railway station on July 17 when an advertising board worth £80 belonging to LNER was damaged.

Hide AdHe was also charged with breaching bail conditions and is not allowed to enter any Network Rail station or board any train and must report to Doncaster Police Station three times a week.
He was released on bail until October 28 when he will appear at York Magistrates Court charged with criminal damage.
He is due to appear again at York Magistrates on November 4 charged with the assault of a police officer.
