The following crimes were reported to Doncaster police on July 14. Anyone with information should call 101.

Cantley: A burglar alarm was activated at a house in St Wilfrid’s Road at 3.45pm yesterday and a neighbour discovered a kitchen window had been smashed. The neighbour saw two men in their early 20s running away.

Hexthorpe: A door which was not fully locked at a house in Barnstone Street allowed burglars to get in and steal £2,000 worth of property, including a TV, laptop and iPad, yesterday afternoon.

Cantley: The patio doors of a house in Meaburn Close were smashed between 8am and 6pm and a computer and £1,000 watch were stolen.

Dunsville: The occupier of a house in Kempton Drive heard noises at 10.50pm last night and saw his red and white Honda motorbike being wheeled away by two men in the direction of St Mary’s Road and the quarry but it has not been recovered. It had been stolen from the garage.

Cusworth: A mountain bike was stolen from the shed of a house in Fisher Terrace in the early hours of Monday.

Cantley: Two men were disturbed by a passer-by and ran away after they smashed a window at the library on Goodison Boulevard.

Rossington: A drill and a Stihl saw were stolen from a parked Ford Transit in Coronach Way.

Conisbrough: A satnav was stolen from a car and a barbecue from a rear garden, both in Low Road, on Sunday night.

Balby: A fence panel near a house in Weston Road was deliberately set alight around 8pm yesterday.
