Doncaster crime round-up, July 30 - Fridge freezer and power washer stolen from car boot sale

The following crimes were reported on July 29 and July 30. Anyone with information call South Yorkshire Police on 101.

Doncaster: During the Sunday car boot sale at Keepmoat Stadium between 12.50-1pm a stallholder reported the theft of two mobile phones, a fridge freezer and a power washer as they went for a burger.

Belle Vue: Offenders snapped the door lock of a rear door of a property in Danum Road between 3.30-4pm on Tuesday but appear to have been disturbed. Two males were seen running off.

Doncaster: A large amount of jewellery worth upto £3,000 was stolen between 12.30pm and 9pm on Monday. Access was gained to the Bawtry Road property by forcing the patio door lock.

Dunsville: Two bottles of wine were stolen when thieves forced the door of a garage in Hawthorne Avenue between 8.30am and 5.30pm on Tuesday.

Barnburgh: A shed was broken into in Hickleton Road and garden hand tools were taken.

Mexborough: A pedal cyclist left his bike outside the Job Centre in Adwick Road at 3.45pm on Tuesday and returned to find it had been taken. A man in his 50s, wearing a yellow T-shirt, was seen to ride off on it.

Town centre: A bike, left unattended outside a pub on Scot Lane at 7pm on Monday, was stolen.

Wheatley: A delivery driver who left his cab open while delivering to a shop in Morley Road had his sat nav and mobile phone stolen between 9-9.05am on Monday.

Woodlands: The owner of a Volkswagen Caddy in Lawn Avenue checked under his vehicle to discover the spare wheel had been taken between 9am last Tuesday and 9am on Thursday.
