Come and build robots at library!

FAMILIES are being encouraged to take part in a special project to build ROBOTS at Swinton Library.

The family learning session will involve building pneumatic models, complete with working parts.

The activity is open for youngsters aged five to eight and parents and grandparents are also invited along.

It will be held today, Thursday, May 10, from 3.30pm to 6pm.

Principal Library Assistant Rita Leary said: “I’m sure the kids who come along will have a great time. The age limit is five, but anyone younger can come with a parent.

“They will be building things like fork lift trucks so they can see the parts moving.”
