DONCASTER College has achieved national recognition for its excellence in customer service.
The college’s external partnerships and employer engagement team was presented with the ‘Putting the customer first’ award by national organisation CustomerFirst UK Limited.
Pat Meadows, assistant principal for external partnerships and employer engagement at the college, was delighted to receive the certificate.
She said: “We are delighted to receive this prestigious award and it recognises that we are committed to ensuring that customers receive the best possible service at all times.
“The team was described by the assessor as very passionate, lively, energetic and enthusiastic and keen to do the best they can for a great customer experience.
“We are all very pleased with the outcome.”
