Boxing champ Tim Witherspoon made sure of a knockout birthday for disabled Doncaster youngster William Moreland.

The former heavyweight champion dropped in to see the Balby boy on his fourth birthday and lent his support to a campaign to raise £70,000 to help him walk. Fundraisers are collecting for an operation in the US. William, who has fought a string of battles to stay alive, suffers from spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy which means he cannot walk or care for himself.
