Cast’s line up continues to go from strength to strength, and this week Doncaster’s newest performance venue will see performances from folk star Kate Rusby (pictured) and Pop Idol runner up Gareth Gates, among others.
Hailing from Barnsley, Kate Rusby is one of the few folk singers to have been nominated for a Mercury Music prize and will perform at Cast’s studio theatre tomorrow for one night only.

Duncan Lyall on double bass and Aaron Jones on guitar and bouzouki.

Since then Gareth has appered in ITV’s Dancing on Ice, numerous musicals including Boogie Nights and Les Miserables as well as festivals and shows up and down the country.
People attending the gig can expect to hear a selection of Gareth’s new material, as well as a collection of old songs and material for the pop and theatre world.
