A CARING sister has raised more than £100 in memory of her brother who died from cancer.
Dad-of-one Nathan Latibeaudiere, 27, tragically lost his three-year battle with lymphoma in August.
Family and friends of the Armthorpe man have since rallied around in a bid to raise £10,000 for Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research.
Helping that total was Nathan’s little sister Niamh Megahy, aged ten, who made cakes, buns and flapjacks to sell at her Bessacarr-based school Hatchell Wood Primary.
The caring youngster even paid for the ingredients herself and in turn raised £125 - taking the overall total over the £8,000 mark.
Further fundraisers includes a pledge by Nathan’s brother Dan Latibeaudiere who has promised that if £10,000 is reached before his birthday on Monday, he will shave off his hair he has been growing for around ten years. Donate money to, www.justgiving.com/Alison-Megahy
