A Dearne business park is now at pre-recession 100 per cent occupancy after a fitness firm became the latest business to move onto the site.
Yorkshire Kettlebells has re-located from West Yorkshire to Century Business Park in Manvers, which is at full capacity.
The company is run by Liam O-Brien, a former nightclub boss who is now a qualified kettlebell instructor.
He said: “I’d looked at quite a few different business units around West and South Yorkshire, but Century Business Centre was perfect for my studio.
“It has great access from local towns and RiDO really helped and supported me to get started.
“I’ve transformed the office space into a fully equipped gym and fitness studio for kettlebell training and I’ll be holding one-on-one training and small group sessions from September.”
Amanda Parris, business centres manager for the Rotherham Investment and Development Office (RiDO), said: “We’re pleased to welcome Liam to the business centre.
“He’s offering a really refreshing approach to fitness and we wish him well at this very exciting time for his business.”
