A NEW course has been launched in Doncaster aimed at getting people out and about.
At the end of the eight week Run For It course participants should be fit enough to be able to run for about three miles without needing to stop.
The eight week course is being held at the lake at Lakeside and uses walking and jogging to build up the fitness levels of those taking part.
It is aimed at people who haven’t had the confidence or fitness levels to take part in running and is suitable for all ages and abilities.
