Dr David Crichton, local GP and clinical chairman of NHS Doncaster Clinical Commissioning Group, is concerned that there are still pressures on medical services across the borough.
The latest figures for Doncaster from the week ending November 22 showed 245 cases per 100,000 people. That represented 765 cases over the week, a fall of 297 compared the previous seven day period.

“We ask Doncaster people to continue to adhere to the current national restrictions and the Very High restrictions (Tier 3) level guidance that follow.”
Health Secretary Matt Hancock announced which tiers each local authority would fall into in the Government’s new system of Covid-19 restrictions set to follow lockdown today.
With the national lockdown due to be eased, the new set of restrictions will come into play from 12.01am on Tuesday, December 2.
