Doncaster Phoenix maintained their 100 per cent winning record in Yorkshire One as they edged past Wath.
After a storming start, Phoenix made the first mark on the scoreboard, with George Wood twice going over to give the visitors the lead, Ben Millar converting both efforts.
Joe Bartlett scored a try under the posts to give the home side hope and the conversion was easily made by Anthony Barrett.
Tom Battye was next to get a try for Phoenix, leaving the scoreline at 21-7 at half time.
Wath dominated the second half and were awarded a penalty try but failed to get the decisive breakthrough.
Phoenix top Yorkshire One with eight wins out of eight to their name.
