Doncaster Danum Eagles: Olympic flavour to Scottish side

INTERNATIONAL basketball - with an Olympic flavour - goes ahead in Doncaster tomorrow.

The Doncaster Danum Eagles have a hastily arranged clash against Scotland for whom this will be their final outing before going to the European Championship qualifiers.

In the Scotland team will be two current Great Britain internationals who are lined up for GB’s Olympic squad.

The Eagles, with their American stars, actually played Scotland two years ago and lost by one point on the buzzer.

Venue tomorrow is the Danum Academy on Leger Way with tip off at 3pm.
