Long-serving Tae Kwon Do instructor Graham Churchill has been awarded one of the highest accolades possible in his sport - a 7th Master Black Belt.

Churchill, 50, received the award at the recent British Championships in Cardiff. It is handed out not for physical ability, but for services to the sport.

Former world silver medallist Churchill, now also a top referee, has taught professionally in the town for 25 years. He is pictured above with his instructor Mr Kenny Walton 8th Dan.
