Conisbrough have relinquished their lead at the top of South Yorkshire League Division One after their recent slump in form continued against Wath B.
Gary Strephan’s side have now gone three weekends without a win, following defeat to Shiregreen and a dramatic tie with Bradfield VF.
Tickhill are the new league leaders after a comprehensive 143-run win at Rotherham Town B.
Strephan took 3-29 and Stuart Bellwood claimed 4-30 as Wath’s second string were reduced to a below par 173 all out.
But only Bellwood (30) and James Doran (23) offered any resistance in reply as Conisbrough were surprisingly skittled for 131.
Wath’s Shawn Dyson was involved in all ten wickets, snaring 6-38 with the ball and also taking four catches.
Meanwhile, Tickhill took advantage of Conisbrough’s slip and leapfrogged them into pole position with a dominant display at Rotherham.
Aaran Haycock (73) and Mitchell Phelps (46) starred in the visitors’ impressive knock of 260-8.
Australian all-rounder Phelps then helped himself to 5-27 and Tom Barnett chipped in with 3-21 to restrict Town to 117 all out.
