Guilty of failing to retain possession saw Bentley u18s suffer an opening defeat against Castleford Panthers.
Despite going ahead through powerful work from Jordan Middleton after solid handling from Josh Bertman, Cas went on the offensive and found themselves 12-4 ahead.
Bentley then conceded another two tries as Cas exploited their defensive gaps in an ill-tempered game which saw a number of players sent to the sin bin throughout.
The hope to capitalise on having more players on the pitch came to nothing as Cas scored another try for 28-4 as the match continued to be plagued with off the ball incidents.
Bentley managed to reduce the deficit through their man of the match Middleton once more as he crashed over, however, Cas fired in another try after the break before sending in a flurry of further scores for 70-8.
Handling errors and defensive lapses in concentration proved costly for the Doncaster outfit as they intend on erasing their opening day defeat in their a home match against York on Sunday, kick-off is 12.30pm.
