Saturday will be a great occasion and one that we are relishing.
It’s our last home game of the season and is, of course, massive in terms of staying in this division which we are all absolutely desperate to do.
First and foremost, we want to end the season at home with a win.
Whatever happens elsewhere, we can’t affect that - which I’ve said all along.
The most important thing is to get the win and in front of our home fans - who have been fantastic all year - that would be great.
We’re hearing already that there is going to be a big crowd down at the Keepmoat on Saturday for the welcoming of Reading.
The more that come down, the better.
I’m really looking forward to it and as I’ve said, we’re desperate to finish it off with a win.
We’re taking a lot of confidence from our point at Millwall into this weekend’s game against Reading.
At The Den, when we were down to ten men, the players showed me massive, massive qualities.
Their desire to not lose the game and some of the defending was outstanding.
They were putting their bodies on the line for their club.
Our defending over the course of the season has been good.
Individual errors have cost us at times but on Monday there was a desire amongst the players to not let that happen again.
For me, that was pleasing and we can take that into Saturday.
We know we can do it.
We know we can defend and we know we can put our bodies on the line. We just need to get that bit of quality in our play.
Everybody has a part to play in every game, I’ve always been of that thinking.
We’ve said that throughout the season and more so during these last few weeks.
It’s a squad game so there are going to be people disappointed if they are left out.
But the one thing I have got here is a group that is together and they all want everybody to do well and that can really help during times like these.
Do I feel pressured? Personally, I put pressure on myself every single day.
I did as a player and I do as a manager. It’s because I am desperate to succeed.
Our success will be staying in this division and at the minute we’ve got a fantastic chance of doing that.
